V77 is not liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized access to an account, unless it is proven that the loss was caused by a fault in our own system.

V77 Taka supports financial transactions via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer. The following rules apply to all transactions:

• KYC verification must be completed before any withdrawal can be processed.
• Withdrawals must be made to the same mobile number used for the deposit.
• Withdrawals are not permitted unless the required wagering conditions after deposit have been met.

V77 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers for its users. Each bonus comes with its own terms, but certain general rules apply across the board:

• The designated wagering requirements must be met before any bonus can be withdrawn.
• Each user may benefit from a promotion only once.
• If multiple members of the same household use the same device or IP address, bonus eligibility may be restricted.
• Withdrawals cannot be made directly from bonus balance — funds only become withdrawable once the wagering requirement is completed.

• Using another person's account, or selling or transferring your own account.
• Involvement in match-fixing or any form of fraudulent activity.
• Placing bets using bots, scripts, or any automated method.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any illegal financial activity.
• Exploiting system errors or bugs to gain an unfair advantage.
• Harassing, threatening, or misleading other users.
• Attempting to complete KYC using a false identity or forged documents.

Violating any of these prohibitions will result in immediate account closure, forfeiture of all balances, and legal action where applicable.
